Over seventy years of production
The Yükseloğulları story began in 1953, when our founder Mahir Yüksel started producing aged kaşar cheese. In the years that followed the family moved to Ezine cheese, made from sheep, goat and cow milk combined — the product that defines the brand today.
We have been producing in the same region for more than seventy years. The hotel and the restaurant are where that tradition meets our guests. Knowing exactly where the cheese on your table comes from is what sets us apart from other places to stay in the area.
